01 Dream Waves of Impact Retreat - Product launch campaign

CHALLENGE

The main challenge for the Dream Waves of Impact retreat was crafting the messaging around work-life alignment, a concept not widely discussed in Hong Kong. We wanted to appeal to a diverse range of stakeholders, without limiting the messaging to any specific group.

RESULT

Attendance of 50 participants from various sectors. Increased brand visibility for Dream Impact, positioning it as a leader in inclusive social impact. Delivered a transformative participant experience, with glowing feedback from participants.

02 HealingTalk online therapy - Meta ad campaign

CHALLENGE

The main challenge was breaking the stigma around seeking emotional support in Hong Kong, where many view it as embarrassing. To overcome this, we focused on emphasising the positive outcomes of therapy rather than the process itself, targeting individuals with an urgent need to talk.

RESULT

Successfully lowered the cost per conversation by 55%. Achieved a 70% increase in enquiries, demonstrating the effectiveness of our messaging in encouraging people to seek support.

03 Society for the Relief of Disabled Children (SRDC) - Newsletter refresh

CHALLENGE

SRDC were in the midst of rebranding but didn't yet have a formal brand guideline in place. Despite this, they wanted to refresh their newsletter design and transition from printed to digital distribution. The difficulty lay in balancing the creative freedom for the redesign while ensuring the new look would be in line with their evolving brand, all while introducing a more modern, engaging digital format.

RESULT

Successfully redesigned and launched the digital newsletter, which saw 51.5% open rate. The campaign also resulted in a donation of over HK$80K, demonstrating the impact of the refreshed design in engaging the audience and encouraging support for the organisation.

04 B Lab (HK & Macau) - B Corp Month 2024

CHALLENGE

The key challenge was making the B Corp Movement relevant to local businesses by emphasising the business benefits and making the movement commercially compelling, without losing the core values of social and environmental responsibility.

RESULT

Organised a successful public event introducing the B Corp Movement, which attracted more than 50% more sign-ups compared to previous events. Conducted interviews with 4 B Corp leaders, sharing their insights on the business value of becoming a B Corp. Achieved a 150% increase in LinkedIn followers and 80% increase in engagement.

05 Social Enterprise Summit - Community Engagement

CHALLENGE

Social En​terprise Summit is an inherently calm and quiet event with leaders in the social innovation field gather together to discuss social issues. Their new initiative focus on community engagement, which brings the challenge of introducing new energy to the brand without deviating too much from the tradition.

RESULT

The Sham Shui Po district committee came up with an idea to incorporate community exploration with healthy lifestyle, combining running, vegan eating, and local stories in this innovative event. Ripple helped bring this vision to life by designing an eye-catching runner recruitment poster, attracting a few dozens of runners signing up to this community experience.
